WRIST-BASED HEART RATE
The watch samples your heart rate1 multiple times per second and will alert you if it stays too high or too low while you’re at rest. It also helps gauge how hard you work during activities, even while swimming.
SLEEP MONITORING AND SLEEP SCORE
Understand how your body is recovering with our sleep monitoring feature. After waking up, you’ll receive a sleep score as well as a breakdown of your sleep stages, Pulse Ox4 and respiration alongside detailed insights for improved sleep quality1.
PULSE OX SENSOR
Use the Pulse Ox sensor4 to spot-check your blood oxygen saturation at any point during the day — or for part of the night as you sleep — to show how well your body is absorbing oxygen.
STRESS TRACKING
Find out if you’re having a calm, balanced or stressful day. Relax reminders will even prompt you to do a short breathing activity when the watch detects that you’re feeling stressed.

When you want to relax or focus, you can start a breathwork activity, and this watch will track your stress and respiration to help you get a better understanding of how you’re breathing.

Use the Garmin Connect app to track your menstrual cycle or pregnancy. Log symptoms, get exercise and nutrition education, and more. Even see and log details on your wrist.
HYDRATION TRACKING
Log your daily fluid intake as a reminder to stay hydrated. You can even have an auto goal for hydration that adjusts based on how much you sweat during activities.

Fitness features that fit your lifestyle.
CONNECTED GPS
Connect to your compatible smartphone’s GPS so you can get accurate tracking during outdoor walks, rides and runs.

This feature uses chronological age, your weekly vigorous activity, resting heart rate and BMI or body fat percentage to estimate if your body is younger or older than you are. And you can get tips to lower your fitness age (IndexS2 smart scale required to use body fat percentage).
INTENSITY MINUTES
The intensity minutes feature gives you a better idea of when during the day you earned them and during what activity.

FAQs
Is the Garmin Vivomove worth it? ›
The Garmin Vivomove Sport is a great option for those requiring basic health and activity tracking on an affordable and stylish watch face. You will get good value for money if this is what you are on the hunt for – but we wouldn't recommend this watch for anyone looking to track a specific sport more intensely.
When was the Vivomove style released? ›The Vivomove Sport was just introduced at CES 2022, and it's Garmin's first new hybrid since it launched the Vivomove Luxe, Style, and 3 / 3S back in 2019.
Does Garmin Vivomove style have GPS? ›With the connected GPS feature, your device uses the GPS antenna in your smartphone to record GPS data for walk, run, or bike activities (Recording an Activity with Connected GPS). The GPS data, including location, distance, and speed, appears in the activity details in your Garmin Connect™ account.
Does Garmin Vivomove Sport have music? ›The music control widget allows you to control music on your smartphone using your vívomove® Sport device. The widget controls the currently active or most recently active media player app on your smartphone.

Which vívomove is best? ›The winner in this category is the Vivomove Trend, which has a 25.6 mm x 18.8 mm liquid crystal screen. That is slightly larger than the AMOLED display on the Vivomove Style and significantly larger than the greyscale display on the Vivomove Sport.
Does Garmin Vivomove work with Iphone? ›The Vivomove HR includes heart rate, step count and sleep tracking, and smart functions like notifications. It works on Android and iOS and has 50-meter water resistance and a weeklong-plus battery life.
Can you swim in a Vivomove Style? ›Like the Vivoactive 4, the Vivomove Style has a 5ATM water-resistance rating, meaning it can withstand pressures equivalent to a depth of 164 feet. It's safe for showering, swimming, diving, and snorkeling.
What is the difference between Garmin Vivomove Style and Luxe? ›There are only minor differences between the Vivomove 3 and its Style/Luxe brethren in terms of features: chronograph and Garmin Pay. The former feels unnecessary and the latter almost certainly will too when you see the paucity of supported banks in the UK.
Is the Garmin Vivomove style water proof? ›...
