A very nice and clean hotel. Room's quit small for 3 members family but cleaned every day. All staff members very friendly and helpful. Food was great with lots of choices. All the staff was really looking after this place like covering swimming pools, tiding the sun beds etc. Amazing staff for kids especially Diego who everyday was making kids engaged and active. Nice evening entertainment. Truly recommend this place.

Good location not far away from the sea.Room was quite small but very clean. Definitely not 4stars hotel..Food was just OK sometimes..Everyday the same , not very warm and cooked properly! Asked for a chicken and was pink inside.. No tea or coffee at the evening, just tap water and many times when I asked nicely "can I have a jug " they said to me - bring your glass.. there was 4 of us on the table !Most of the evenings we were eating outside.Extra charge for the parking space 12€ per night! We rented car for a week so we had to park on the street..free charge..

After coming every year for 30+ years, we WON'T be coming back. This time has topped it all off.-Breakfast: Same every day, (when normally it's varied every morning)-Dinner: Luke Warm, never hot or cooked throughly, even when it comes out the back from the oven. Always wasting the chicken as its pink. Same thing every day. (Again, it's normally always varied..) pizza and chips every night. Toaster is terrible, you have to put through the machine twice. Worst was tonight... Cold chicken and veg soup.... Fresh out the back? Chef dipped his finger in and tasted it and kept it in the warmer..... Disgusting....-Staff: Waiters are always happy and friendly always giving a warm welcome. Head Chefs are rude. Reception staff are rude. Took 40mins to serve 2 customer to check in..... Outrageous. We emailed months before and weeks before to get a room on floor 1 or 2, close to the elevator.... But no... Floor 3 right at the end... Of the corridor. Cleaning staff always say Hello. This is my 3rd updated review.

We are enjoying our stay, and I would like to split my personal views for each section. I would like to add that we like to eat healthy and very sensitive about hygiene, we had the halfboard option for 2 weeks end of August until September 2022.Hotel:It's a very nice and contemporary hotel with a very comfortable and spacious reception and waiting area. The lighting and decor is nicer that the pictures I had seen online. It's got a massive pool with water fountains to massage ones back + a smaller pool with a roof, if you with to protect yourself from the direct sun.I would give it 5 stars.Cleanliness:The cleaners are amazing. I tend to wipe off everything when I enter a hotel room. I ended up with clean disinfectant wipes, after wiping the commonly touched areas in the room. I was very impressed. The cleaners respect your wishes and are very thorough in their cleaning, nothing was too much and everything was done with a smile.Julietta was the lady looking after our room, and again I was impressed with her thoroughness and for reading every wish from our lips. She spoke several languages and was always friendly and genuinely kind and happy to help.Dear Julietta, I would like to thank you for making our stay comfortable and for giving the room a fab clean every time, whilst respecting our wishes. You are an asset to Sol Guadalupe!I would give cleanliness 6 stars out of 5.Food:The restaurant is very spacious, the food variety is fantastic.Breakfast is sensational, and I would like to mention a young lady, Anna, who makes the best Omelettes I have ever had.The best thing about Anna, is that she listened to how we would like our Omelettes and adjusted it to our taste.Anna, I would like to compliment your cooking skills and thank you for your great service, it's truly appreciated. In the evenings, out of 2 weeks there was only 2 nights the food wasn't fresh and not to our liking. The best nights to our taste was when there was grilled Salmons and huge Kingprawns.Without fail, there was a selection of Pizzas and at least 2 varieties of roast every evening.I would give the food overall 5 stars.Location:It's close to Nikki Beach (5 to 10min walk) , but we preferred to walk another 10 min to the beach past the boat stops. The hotel is also about 15 - 20min walk away from the main party area.Location I would give 4 stars.Rooms:Our room was standard, but we found it on the small side. There is no rope to hang your clothes dry, and all you have is small balcony rail, which is not convenient nor hygienic in my personal view. The toilet is too close to the sink and not very convenient. The closets have no doors, but there is a good sized sofa that can be pulled out in an extra bed.I would give the room 3.5 stars due to the size, toilet and lack of a laundry ropes/hangers.Staff:The young lady (blond hair, brown eyes, possibly in her 20s) helped us at reception to rent facilities. Her excellent service, smile and friendliness stood out to us.The restaurant staff are all extremely friendly and almost all are smiling all the time. The best thing is that even if you are late in finishing your meal, they will not try to rush you and let you eat in peace even past the set times. They have been very respectful of space and preference and cleaned the tables quickly.A gentleman, named Mustafa quiet mannered and very caring, stood truly out to us. He was very friendly, very respectful, hardworking, yet calm and fast, clearing the table area near the windows facing the pool. He looked after us finding us a table, remembering where we liked to sit and our preferences.I would like to thank him for his excellent and caring service.I also would like to thank all Restaurant staff for their restlessly hard work, friendly manners and for not rushing guests.I would give Restaurant staff 6 out 5 stars.

Bad Service. Got dropped off from our coach, Thought that me and my family of 3 would be able to get our room right as soon as we checked in. Seems like the room wasn't available then because it was dirty. On top of this we were told we had to wait until 3pm to get our room. After me and husband complained about this Service, we were then told that minimum time clean the room was 2pm. Plus, we had to pay 26 Euros for a Euro tax. My family were hungry and we didn't know where to get our food from. EDIT: I made this review on the first day. Now that I'm back home I can make a FULL review. Food: Food was decent. At breakfast there was juice and coffee but at dinner there wasn't. I understand the coffee bit but like why the juice. Dinner: dinner was also decent, only issue we had was that the food was cold. Out of 4 lifts. 2 only worked and didn't see anyone fixing them. Swimming and the beach were nice. Would be great if the pool was open past 7pm. Great wifi and it was sort of hygienic. (Just my opinion). Staff isn't THAT friendly. Some people get a room once they check some DONT (us for example). At night (around 1-4am) you can hear drunk and young boys chattering and laughing. We barely even got enough sleep. Once you go outside, like when you walk for 1 minute or so. IT SMELLS SO BAD. I know this isn't about the hotel but at least you get a feel of the surrounding. Don't recommend
